Description
GOD & SCIENCE is a 6-week course for middle and high school students which provides 1/2 credit for home education students. This series explores the intersection between science and faith using a detailed and rigorous approach. We will cover a wide range of topics including:
- Origin of Life vs. Diversity of Life
- Neo-Darwinian Evolution
- Creationism
- Intelligent Design
- Information in Living Matter
- Great Mystery of the Human Mind & Human Experience
- Exploration of Faith
- Spiritual Realm
Each week covers a different aspect of the study. Here are the titles for each week:
- Foundational Assumptions
- How Science Rules the World
- Creationism: God’s Grand Plan
- The Threat of Intelligent Design
- The Great Mystery of Humanity
- The Epic Spiritual War
The Home School Credit course is taught along with the standard course, but offers additional activities and tests which fulfill the requirements to earn the 1/2 course credit.
